Could Cell Tower Microwaves be Frying Sedona Cactus?
BRIEF ELECTRO-SMOG SURVEY FOR VERDE VALLEY RESIDENTS
Many Sedona Residents are being treated for electro-sensitivity by doctors and alternative medicine practitioners. Nobody knows just how many Sedona residents are suffering from electro-sensitivity who are not aware of it are either not being treated or being mistakenly treated for a mis-diagnosed problem. This survey is an effort to discover how many residents are already feeling ill effects of electro-smog exposure prior to any smart meter installation. The results of this survey will determine a baseline of how many residents are already ill and could act as a record for new symptoms that might appear on exposure to smart meters if installed.
Electro-sensitivity is a relatively new disease of civilization. It has been increasing in roughly the last 50 years as electricity has been installed in farms, homes and offices. More recently, electromagnetic radiation (EM) has been added to the mix with cell phone towers, cell phones, WiFi, wireless phones etc. Because exposure to wiring and EM is relatively new, classification of the collection of symptoms to form a medical "syndrome" has not yet occurred in the United States. Therefore medical schools do not yet train doctors to recognize symptoms as a set. Symptoms are often misdiagnosed and they treated individually often as psychosomatic problems. Note that electrosmog is commonplace, and that the symptoms are also commonplace. Europe has lead the field in recognizing the harmful effects of electro-smog. Many countries have established exposure standards. The United States has no MEANINGFUL exposure standards even though the World Health Organization has declared some devices as potentially carcenogenic. Below is a list of symptoms used by doctors in Austria to diagnose electro-sensitivity (plus a few additional experienced here).
Feel free to participate at any level from merely anonomously checking the symptom list, to adding your contact information, to volunteering. Adding your contact information will enable us to anonomyously plot your location on a Sedona map to see if there are clusters around cell phone towers, high intensity electromagnetic antennas, or to identify other areas of concern. Identifying clusters may help mitigate electro- smog problems. ALL data will be kept confidential.
